As spring advances and seasonal rhythms shift, we’re looking forward to new produce coming into season!

Delicate greens like lettuce, asparagus, and green onions will come first; while in late spring and early summer we anticipate strawberries and rhubarb!

If you want to get a general idea of what fruits and vegetables are in season in your region of the United States, I’ve made some printable lists for you! Please keep in mind that since these are such large regions, you’ll want to do some scouting on a local level to see what’s in season in your immediate vicinity. Pickyourown.org is a good resource for state-by-state produce ripening data, as is Sustainable Table’s seasonal food guide.
