These classic, homemade buttermilk pancakes are delicious and so simple to make from scratch. You won't want to use boxed pancake mixes any more!
Mix dry ingredients together, then add buttermilk and eggs. Stir in extra buttermilk if you like a thinner batter. (I certainly do.) Fold in melted butter.
Cook pancakes on a hot griddle (I set my electric skillet to 350). Transfer finished pancakes to a baking dish in a 200 degree oven to keep hot.
