I was interested in the prospect of new recipes and spent quite a bit of time reading many of them and even looked at the coconut oil. I don’t see that being an option I would purchase. You have several other things in recipes that I never heard of. Maybe I am just out of touch, but this site is not what I thought it would be.

You can use canola oil in this recipe in place of coconut oil! For any recipe on my site that calls for oil, feel free to use canola (or whatever liquid oil you’re used to). OR if you want to reduce your oil usage, use half canola and half unsweetened applesauce. So if a recipe calls for 1/2 cup coconut oil, sub 1/4 cup canola and 1/4 cup applesauce instead. Feel free to ask about any of the other ingredients you see that you’re not sure about! I’m pretty good about replying to comments here, so I’ll see it!
