Company Menus for Any Occasion
This post is the fifth in a series on hospitality. Begin the series here.
Sometimes schedule constraints or budget concerns hold people back from practicing hospitality. But they don’t need to, necessarily. If weekend evenings are scarce in your family, have guests over for a brunch. For a less expensive gathering, go on a simple picnic to the park!
Here are six company menus for a variety of occasions to give you some ideas:
Breakfast or Brunch
Farmhouse Muffins
Ruby Red Fruit Salad (pg 109 in my cookbook)
Orange Julius
Coffee or Tea
Sunday Dinner
Crock Pot Beef Curry
Garlic Cheese Biscuits
Salad with Red Raspberry Dressing
Deep Dish Apple Pie with Salted Dark Caramel Sauce

Bacon, Egg, and Avocado Salad
Naan Flatbreads
Coconut Watermelon Agua Fresca
Supper
Vodka Pasta
Buttery Lemon Broccoli
Panna Cotta with Blood Orange Sauce
Dessert
Carrot Cake with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
