We love having simple berries and cream for dessert. This little recipe was inspired by Peter Rabbit and our visit to Hilltop Farm, the home of Beatrix Potter.
Divide the berries between four broiler-safe ramekins, top with sour cream and sprinkle liberally with brown sugar.
Broil for a couple of minutes until the sugar melts into the cream and the berries begin to release their juices.
